Beyoncé Shows Off Her Cowgirl Avatar With the New Rodeo-Styled Adidas Ivy Park Apparel

The upcoming Adidas Ivy Park apparel of Beyoncé focuses on rodeo-inspired designs. Showcasing her Texas roots, Beyoncé has incorporated the forgotten legacy of cowboys and cowgirls in her latest Adidas Ivy Park drop.

The Promotional Video

In the promotional video of the new collection’s campaign, Queen B has modeled up with 3 sets of apparel – a denim bodysuit, denim chaps completed with Adidas’ signature three stripes, and cow-print sportswear set with bra and legging, long gloves, and oversized hat. Like her past Ivy Park drops, Beyoncé has roped in other celebrities to feature in the campaign. Snoh Aalegra from The Wire made an appearance in the promotional video, while Fargo actor and off-screen Rodeo champion Glynn Turman can be seen riding a horse with his usual ease. The video also stars real-life cowgirls like Mexican roper Emily Diana Alba, donning the label.

The Collection

The ranch-inspired collection is probably Ivy Park’s most extensive collection to date. This new collection with Bey’s usual revolutionary ideas, is one of the few exclusive Adidas projects including other types of clothing, instead of focusing on the brand’s signature sportswear offerings. Rooting to ‘Wild West’, this ‘Rodeo’ capsule includes 58 pieces of unisex and women’s apparel, along with five shoes and snickers and 13 eccentric accessories like oversized hats and fringe-covered face masks. The designs come with a varied range of athletic wear, tracksuits, wide-leg snap pants, and jackets in various shades of washed French terry and washed denim, cow print, and spandex iterations. This exquisite collection features a wider size range from XXXXS to 4XL, ensuring most wranglers fitting in the versatile pieces comfortably. Matching the adult capsule, Ivy Park is also introducing a Kids’ collection. With 16 apparel styles ranging from sizes 2T to XL, this indulging kids’ collection completes the Rodeo capsule with a cohesive family look. Expected to drop on August 19 with a price range from $45 to $200, this capsule will be available on the official Adidas website for a limited period.
