The Christmas morning service at Sandringham House in Norfolk is an annual royal family tradition. The entire royal family went together to celebrate this year, and the Princesses, Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle, were stylish as always in coordinated outfits.
Kate wore a festive red coat, similar to the tartan Miu Miu coat she sported for the occasion last year, but more subdued. The piece has a 1940s-inspired feel to it with contrasting velvet cuffs, collar, and pockets. The Duchess of Cambridge completed her outfit with oxblood gloves, a small leather clutch, and a pillbox-silhouetted headband.

The newest member of the royal family, the Duchess of Sussex dressed entirely in black and navy, all by Victoria Beckham. Last year, she told Glamour UK she always wished she could pull off the designer’s pieces. “Now what I’m starting to learn is, even though things look amazing on the hanger, it doesn’t mean they’re going to look amazing on me,” she told the magazine. “For example, I love Victoria Beckham dresses, but I don’t have the long torso to support that silhouette.” However, it looks like she finally found the right pieces for her from the beloved Beckham.
The expecting mother’s outfit bore a similarity the navy Givenchy coat that she wore in October at Princess Eugenie’s wedding, when we first suspected her baby bump. She paired the body-skimming dress and open coat with knee-high Stuart Weitzman boots, a hat by Awon Golding, and a Chloe ‘Pixie’ bag.

It seems that Meghan’s royal duties are drawing closer and closer to an end for now, as, come May she and Harry will welcome another little prince or princess and she will be able to take time away from the spotlight to care for their first child. This time next year, we know the Duchesses will look just as stylish, with Meghan’s new baby in tow!
